Thank you for shopping with HW Models Ltd. We take extreme pride in packing every single model securely so it arrives in pristine, collector-quality condition.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping Rates & Services

We ship to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and the Islands of Scotland using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.

  • Orders £50 and Over: FREE standard carriage and packing.

  • Orders Under £50: Charged at a flat carriage rate of £4.50.

Please Note: Free shipping eligibility is calculated based on the net value of items currently in stock at the time of dispatch. No shipping allowances can be made for out-of-stock or advanced pre-order items that drop the immediate shipment value below £50.

📦 Build-A-Box Shipping Rules

If you are utilizing our Build-A-Box service to hold and collect models over time:

  • You can hold multiple individual orders safely in our warehouse to combine them.

  • Once you request your box to be finalized and shipped, if the combined total value of the items inside that specific shipment is £50 or more, your carriage is FREE.

  • If the combined contents of the box are under £50 at the time of shipment, You can instantly dispatch your box at any time by logging into your account and paying the £4.50 carriage rate.

✈️ International & Export Shipping

We happily ship to international collectors worldwide, including Eire (Republic of Ireland) and the Channel Islands.

  • All export carriage is charged at cost.

  • Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

Every model is inspected and securely packaged, but if an item arrives damaged or faulty, please follow these steps:

  1. Prior Consent Required: You must contact us at info@hwmodels.com for authorization before returning any items. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

  2. Secure Packing: Returned items must be properly and securely packaged upon return to prevent further transit damage.

  3. Return Postage Credit: The Customer will be issued a credit invoice for return postage costs upon our receipt of the goods, provided that the postage amount was agreed upon with us prior to you sending it.

  4. Replacements & Credit: HW Models will always prioritize repairing or replacing a faulty or damaged item. If an identical replacement is completely unavailable, a credit invoice or full refund will be issued.
